I have found a beautiful way of finding peace and inspiration. When the world feels like it's spinning too fast, retreating into the pages of a book or the mindful construction of Legos (haha) offers a welcome respite.
Looking back at some of my old relationships makes me realize I never had love. Not in the way a person/partner in crime should show. I get tired but then, that deep well of romanticism finds its perfect expression in love poems, especially those from India. I can't really explain it but there's a certain magic in the way Indian love poetry weaves together profound emotion, vivid imagery, and often a deep spiritual connection.
It's as if each verse holds a timeless wisdom about the complexities and beauty of the human heart. I am starting to show emotion, like the nerd I am, but I truly find solace in this book. I recommend it to everyone.
